I'm going to be completely upfront this recipe gets a little sticky -- but it's so worth it!

If there is one thing that will never change, it's the love that I have for s'mores. It's a love that knows no limits... I really have no shame in trying ANYTHING s'mores, but we don't have to get into that because we have a really delicious recipe just down below.

Choco Dunked Banana S'Mores Bites

“This is for all my s'mores lovers who want to be able to eat their favorite temptation and not feel like you completely sabotaged yourself"

Pro Tip:

If your a big marshmallow lover like me, don't worry if you really load the fluff on the banana, because once you dip it in the chocolate you'll have a nice coating that makes this dessert amazing!

Also make sure you have freezer space because you don't want to make these delicious bites and realize you have no space to freeze them!

Ingredients

  • Ripe Bananas

  • Marshmallow Fluff

  • Water

  • Graham Crackers, crusted into crumbs

  • Baker's Dipping Chocolate or Bittersweet Chocolate Chips melted

Instructions

For this recipe you will just need counter space, a microwave, & just some room in the freezer.

1. Slice banana into 1/2 pieces.

You are creating the shape of your banana chips, so this step is very self explanatory, you can angled slice your bananas, or make them pure round coin sized. Make the shape of the chip you wish to eat!

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

You need a place to store the banana chips so get a decent size baking sheet. The best part of this recipe is this is the biggest dish you'll have to wash because you will be partially assembling & storing this baking sheet in the freezer twice for this recipe.

3. It's time to assemble the bites.

Take 2 big spoonfuls of Marshmallow Fluff and add 2 tablespoons of water and mix together. Take this mixture and place it in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds, keep mixing until you have no clumps (If you want a thicker marshmallow consistency it's up to you, and less water can be used) that can be poured onto of the bananas. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. Freeze until firm, 1 hour.

4. Last finishing touching

Once banana chips are frozen solid, dunk half in melted chocolate, and then into remaining graham cracker crumbs. Place back in freezer until fully set, 30 minutes more (or until ready to serve).

I would love to see you attempt to recipe on social media #NicoleImanRecipe
